Tickets purchased on the Site are typically subject to a per ticket charge and a non-refundable per order Payment Processing Fee. In many cases, delivery prices will be optional. The per order Payment Processing Fees are calculated as a percentage of the total order value and apply where payment is made via Credit Card, Debit Cards and Gift Cards. The Payment Processing Pee includes (but is not limited to) credit and debit card fees and expenses, administration and associated infrastructure costs for providing these payment mechanisms.
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies generally prohibit exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Alala Solutions customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Alala Solutions is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Alala Solutions may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.
